• + Food journal entries: meal logs, photographs, and nutritional notes you create
• + Usage data: how you interact with the app, which features you use, and session information
• + Device information: device type, iOS version, and app version

How We Use Your Information

• + To generate your personalised chakra diagnosis and healing protocol
• + To provide Zuri with context about your chakra, protocol, and food history
• + To track your healing progress and generate weekly reports
• + To send notifications for daily intentions and evening check-outs (only if you enable them)
• + To improve the app and fix issues

Data Storage

Your account data and healing records are stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant database provider. Food journal photographs are processed by our AI system and are not stored permanently after analysis.

Third-Party Services

Root to Crown uses the following third-party services:

• + Supabase — secure database and authentication
• + Anthropic (Claude) — powers Zuri, our AI nutrition assistant
• + RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchase history
• + Apple App Store — handles payment processing

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Health Data

The symptom responses and wellness information you provide are used solely to personalise your experience within Root to Crown. This data is not shared with healthcare providers, insurers, or any other third parties. Root to Crown is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• + Access the personal data we hold about you
• + Request correction of inaccurate data
• + Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• + Export your data

Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings, then Danger Zone, then Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days.

Children

Root to Crown is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Root to Crown after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
